6 weeks. The whole summer ahead of you. You could spend it starting over — or you could spend it becoming her.
It's a 6-week guided program that combines customized nutrition, strength training, hormone education, and nervous system support. Unlike a generic diet plan, this challenge is designed to address the root causes of why women struggle with fat loss — stress, blood sugar instability, poor digestion, and hormonal imbalance — so results are sustainable, not temporary.
Women who are tired of starting over. Whether you're dealing with hormonal symptoms, struggling with consistency, navigating a busy season of life, or you've tried everything and can't figure out why nothing is sticking — this challenge was built with you in mind. You do not need to be a CrossFit athlete or have any prior nutrition tracking experience.
The challenge runs June 22nd through August 3rd — 6 weeks total. Enrollment opens June 8th and doors close June 20th.
Most daily habits take 20–30 minutes outside of your workout. The morning and evening routines are intentionally manageable, not overwhelming. Workouts are structured as a 3 or 4-day split, so you are not in the gym every day.
Yes. The challenge is fully online, which makes it ideal for military families, busy moms, and women in any location.
No. Macro tracking, food timing, and gut health will all be taught inside the program. If you've never tracked macros before, that's completely fine — you'll receive your customized targets and learn exactly how to hit them.
Every participant receives a Week 3 check-in with the coach for feedback and progress adjustments. You also have access to community accountability, coaching support throughout the 6 weeks, and 3 live support lessons. This is a group challenge with personal touchpoints — not unlimited 1:1 access.
You'll receive customized macro targets rather than a rigid meal plan. This approach gives you flexibility to eat foods you enjoy while hitting the targets that support your specific goals. You'll also receive education on food quality, anti-inflammatory eating, blood sugar balance, and gut health throughout the 6 weeks.
The curriculum covers hormone health, blood sugar regulation, and inflammation — topics directly relevant to those conditions. That said, this is a group program and is not a substitute for medical treatment. If you have specific medical concerns, it's worth reaching out before enrolling.
That's expected and accounted for. One of the core themes of this challenge is building consistency without perfection. The Week 3 check-in exists specifically to catch anything that needs adjusting, and the community is there to support you through the rough patches.
$297 paid in full, or two payments of $168. Both options include full access to everything in the challenge — there is no difference in what you receive. The second payment is due mid-challenge.
Week 6 is dedicated to helping you build a sustainable plan beyond the challenge. You'll leave with a clear roadmap, the habits you built, and the knowledge of what works for your body. For women who want continued 1:1 support, that option exists separately.
